Mentorship and Deployment
Every trainee is assigned a mentor who provides guidance, feedback, and professional insight throughout the program.
Upon completion, graduates who meet program standards receive:
- An official MPC Growth Hub Certificate of Completion
- Access to the MPC Deployment Pipeline for client placement
- Continuous mentorship and alumni community support
Deployment opportunities may include roles such as:
