  • CSR Foundations (4 Weeks): The entry stage for all participants. You will learn communication etiquette, client handling techniques, and systems for managing service workflows.

  • Advanced CSR: Learn the art of proactive service, managing multiple clients, and implementing systems for efficiency.

  • CSR Mastery: Lead small client portfolios, coordinate multiple accounts, and support strategic brand growth through client engagement.

  • Specialized Tracks: Choose a focus area such as Corporate Account Management, Client Relations Strategy, or Brand Experience Coordination.

  • Executive CSR Program: The highest level of professional service leadership, focused on strategy, communication architecture, and team oversight.

Each stage is live, practical, and mentorship-driven, building both technical and emotional intelligence in service delivery.

Training Experience

  • Eligibility: Open to individuals with zero experience or prior administrative backgrounds who are passionate about communication, service, and professional growth.
